RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for sales representatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
Coursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and identifying potential sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rate, and revenue generated

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Mooresville, NC and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
